Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: Varies by destination (customs delays possible)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pier3collective.com so we can assist with a claim.
