Guaranteed Fit Exchange
We want you to love the fit. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a Guaranteed Fit Exchange on all eligible items.
We do not offer refunds or returns for store credit. Exchanges only.
Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:

Exchanges are requested within 14 days of delivery

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

All original tags are still attached, intact, and undamaged

Items show no signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage
If an item does not meet these requirements, the exchange will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer.
What Can Be Exchanged

Exchanges are allowed for:

A different size of the same product, or
-
A different product of equal value (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative exchange option.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
